Pax Vampyrica is a variant of Vtes I thought of. It basically removes a combat labeled cards. But it still allows you to play cards that help you in combat. This way we will get hefty political and bleed decks. But also makes the kindred quiet vulnerable in combat against allies and vampires with built in strength, prevent or other strike mechanisms.
